Julie A. Grasson, MEd
Executive Director
A CareNet employee since 2007, when she coordinated the charity care network, Julie became Executive Director in 2021. Not only does Julie lead the organization and entire staff, but she has experience with all of CareNet’s operations. She is both a community health worker and navigator for Marketplace and Medicaid plans.

Glori Puskarich
Lead Community Health Worker
Glori started working for CareNet in 2016, and she has been a community health worker for most of that time. She enjoys helping and getting to know her clients. One of Glori’s most memorable accomplishments was assisting a client in her 70s who couldn’t even afford her utilities and hadn’t seen a doctor in more than 20 years.

Maria Hunter
Community Health Worker
Maria has been a community health worker since 2017 and at CareNet since 2021. Connecting clients to community resources, building trust with clients, providing education about healthcare and social services, and witnessing the joy when clients successfully complete their goals are what Maria enjoys best about her job.

Gloria Garza
Community Health Worker (bilingual in Spanish)
Gloria started working at CareNet and became a community health worker in 2024. Many of Gloria’s clients speak Spanish, including an uninsured family with a special needs son. Gloria connected the family to medical and social service resources, including a wheelchair for the boy who received therapy and was enrolled in school.

Latoya Butler
Community Health Worker
Latoya started working at CareNet and became a community health worker in 2024. As someone who has experienced homelessness, being a CHW has provided Latoya with a way to give back and encourage clients to not give up. Sharing a little love, a little light and a caring hand to assist clients is priceless to her.

Henry Garcia
Co-Lead Marketplace & Medicaid Navigator (bilingual in Spanish)
Henry started working at CareNet and became a navigator in 2023. As a bilingual navigator, Henry enjoys interpreting materials for those who speak Spanish and assisting people with limited English proficiency. Henry’s first navigator task was helping his father apply for Medicaid, and both were happy he qualified for coverage.

Katarina Willcox
Co-Lead Marketplace & Medicaid Navigator
Katarina started working at CareNet and became a navigator in 2022. Besides assisting with applying for both Marketplace and Medicaid coverage – and answering questions throughout the process – Katarina helps people find medical providers and navigate different Medicaid managed care plans so beneficiaries can get healthcare.

Abdallah Aldaher
Marketplace & Medicaid Navigator (bilingual in Arabic)
Abdallah started working for CareNet and became a navigator in 2021. One of Abdallah’s most memorable experiences was helping a pregnant woman who was worried about hospital and medical expenses. She was overjoyed to learn she was eligible for Medicaid coverage during her pregnancy and after her child was born.

Jodi Young
Marketplace & Medicaid Navigator
Jodi started working for CareNet and became a navigator in 2022. She became a navigator to help people get affordable coverage and healthcare. One memorable experience was helping a man who had become disabled, was unable to work, and lost his coverage. Jodi assisted him with enrolling in a low-cost Marketplace plan.

Ariel Gromer
Marketplace & Medicaid Navigator
Ariel started working for CareNet and became a navigator in 2023. She had a memorable experience assisting a woman with enrolling in a Marketplace plan until she was eligible for Medicare. The application made the woman nervous because there were so many questions, and she was very appreciative and thankful.

Estephania Thevenin
Marketplace & Medicaid Navigator (multilingual in Creole and French)
Estephania started working for CareNet and became a navigator in 2024. Estephania enjoys helping residents, especially those facing language and cultural barriers, access the healthcare and support services they need. Seeing a smile and relief after helping someone enroll in health coverage is incredibly rewarding for her.

Shannon Anderson
Executive Administrative Assistant and Marketplace & Medicaid Navigator
A CareNet employee since 2023, Shannon has many responsibilities to clients, consumers, members, coworkers and CareNet’s executive director. The best part of Shannon’s job as executive administrative assistance is getting to spend a lot of her day ensuring everyone has what they need to successfully do their work.
