Toledo/Lucas County CareNet is participating in #GivingTuesdayNWO on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 to help fund healthcare coordination services for our clients. CareNet’s community health workers connect pregnant women, adults with chronic diseases, breast cancer patients and other low-income Lucas County residents to needed medical and social services, including including insurance coverage, food, transportation, clothing and other basic needs.
